Refund policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer 3 days hassle-free returns and exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee up to Rs 100 can be deducted for excessive returns.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the credit note issued to you.
- Reward points are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our website.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
- Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our site.
- To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks and innerwear i.e. boxers, briefs, trunks. RITVAY may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS
Any items purchased during a Buy One Get One Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchange.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS
In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you will have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 72 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount will be refunded as credit note that can be used on our website for future purchases.
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable, and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
ADDITIONSL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via DM on Instagram: @RitvayClothing or Email: contact@ritvay.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
