SHIPPING POLICY

    At Ritvay, we are committed to delivering seasonally adaptive fashion with speed, care, and transparency. Our shipping policy is designed to offer you a smooth, secure, and reliable shopping experience across India.

     

    Shipping Coverage

    Currently, we ship only within India. We aim to expand internationally soon, stay tuned via our Instagram (@RitvayClothing) for updates.

     

    Order Processing Time

    Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving confirmation.

    You will receive a Email/SMS/WhatsApp confirmation once your order is placed.

    Orders placed during weekends or holidays may take additional processing time.

     

    Shipping Duration

    Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days depending on customers location.

    For remote or special service areas, delivery may take up to 7–9 working days.

    Delivery updates and tracking links will be shared once dispatched.

     

    Shipping Charges

    Prepaid Orders: Currently we are offering free shipping on all orders. Otherwise, standard shipping charges apply and are shown at checkout. Return shipping charges (₹100) may apply for excessive returns.

     

    Delivery Protocol

    We partner with trusted courier services for safe and timely delivery.

    Many deliveries are OTP-verified. Please only share the OTP upon receiving the package.

    If unavailable, kindly nominate a trusted recipient for OTP handover.

    Ritvay is not liable for any loss or misuse once the package is OTP-verified or signed for.

     

    Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

    If your package is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs via Instagram DM or WhatsApp.

    We will swiftly guide you on the next steps to resolve the issue.

     

    Returns Due to Shipping Issues

    If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you’ll be guided to self-ship the product to our Mumbai warehouse.

    Please include your Order ID and phone number clearly on the parcel.
