This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and P2S Creations, Mumbai, India and applies to your use of the ritvay.com online services and any related products and services available through RITVAY’s websites and our partner’s websites linked via our website, (collectively the "Services"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS OUR SERVICES.

INTRODUCTION AND OVERVIEW OF RITVAY:

In this Agreement, "you" or "your" means any person or entity using the Service ("Users"). Unless otherwise stated, “RITVAY”, "ritvay.com," "we" or "our" will refer collectively to P2S Creations and it’s subsidiaries. Unless otherwise specified, all references to a "bank" in this Agreement include savings associations and credit unions, and all references to a "credit card" include Visa- and MasterCard-branded debit cards.

This policy applies to all the RITVAY platforms (the “Site” or “Web Site” or “Mobile Application” or “App” or “Us” or “We” or "Social Media Platforms / Social Media Pages / Social Media Handles"), which is operated and owned by P2S Creations, marketed and/or managed by P2S Creations, Mumbai, India. It is RITVAY’s policy to comply with general laws for protecting user information and bank details shared for the purpose of availing RITVAY services. This regulates the processing of information relating to you and grants you various rights in respect of your personal data.

Any Images, Data or Files Uploaded on the website must not be used without the consent of the authorised personnel of the brand.
